Frankton Junction Visitor Moorings
These 14-day moorings were just above the Frankton Lock flight and very convenient when booked through the locks which must be pre-booked both down and up the day before passage. The locks are open in the summer from 9 am till noon but check beforehand as times do change.
The moorings are quiet and peaceful there being a farm or two locally plus a few houses but no shops, pubs or restaurants - fab!!
The mooring was on chains.
