These moorings were the least crowded of those in this area, they are (at least were for us) quiet and peaceful.
They are within a short taxi ride from Daventry and there may be buses but we were in a hurry and didn’t investigate this.
The New Inn at the top lock is pleasant and worth a visit but check if you need to book.
