The winter started with a journey towards Italy middled with a winter in Portugal and ended with a disaster.
Another winter in Portugal. It was supposed to be warm and dry but like much of Europe during the 2017 / 18 winter it was cold and wet.

We got a pleasant mooring a little before Lower Heywood. We heard that the local pub, The Bell, did good food and was keen to try, however, it was some way from our the mooring. Oh well, never mind, perhaps on the way back.
