The winter started with a journey towards Italy middled with a winter in Portugal and ended with a disaster.
Another winter in Portugal. It was supposed to be warm and dry but like much of Europe during the 2017 / 18 winter it was cold and wet.
Summer and we went to Poland via Holland and Germany.

This is the story of our autumn 2011 visit first through Holland, Germany and Switzerland following the River Rhine, then our anti-clockwise circuit of the Iberian Peninsular over the winter of 2011/12 and our spring 2012 visit to Ukraine.
After discovering that our previous mooring was a 48 hour rather than a 14 day one we moved just a few hundred yards/metres south to just before bridge 168 which is notable as being just a few yards from Morrison.
Although more urban than the previous mooring this is is however very quiet and peaceful.
The mooring was on Armco.
