This was a very pleasant mooring just before the Wenbury Lift Bridge. As stated for the Wrenbury Visitor Moorings the other side of the lift bridge these moorings are even closer to the two popular pubs, The Dusty Miller and The Cotton Arms. On this occation we visited the local Spar Convenience Store and found it extremely well stocked at very affordable prices. The farm shop which we commented on in previous review was, on this visit, closing for the winter but the dwindling stock was still top quality and the staff helpful and attentive, but the star for us on this visit was the fish and chip shop. Top quality and reasonable prices.
