Tooleys Boatyard
This was a mooring just outside the town centre. When we arrived after a very long and tiring day we read the sign as saying it was a 14 day mooring. After being there for three days we re-read the sign and now believe it actually to say that it was 48 hours free but could be used for up to 14 days at a cost for the last 12 of £25.00 per day.
The mooring itself was very convenient for the town centre and was close to many pubs and restaurants.
Banbury Town Centre Swing Bridge
We were moored opposite an industrial estate near a factory that worked 24/7. Although we did not find it particularly disturbing some may find it unbearable.
The mooring was on Armco.
